Fee

Our domestic energy assessors charge a one-off payment of £55 for the assessment and production of the Energy Performance Certificate.

Payment Terms

This fee must be paid in full when the assessor arrives at the property.  Bristol-Energy-Assessors.com does not employ energy assessors directly and cheques should be made payable to the DEA assigned to the assessment. Payment can made by Cash/Cheque or can be made on-line prior to the assessment.

Health & Safety Regulations

The energy assessor reserves the right to refuse his or her services if following a risk assessment, the property is deemed to be hazardous or unsafe.

All dangerous animals should be removed from the property and grounds prior to or upon the DEA's arrival.

Your Peace of Mind

All our Domestic Energy Assessors are Qualified, Accredited and hold a recent police check.  We do not carry out assessments on properties without the seller or their representative being present unless the property is empty and unoccupied.
